<p><b>Key Selection Criteria</b> </p><p>The successful applicant will be a highly effective leader who demonstrates the following: </p><p>* Commitment to the Catholic Church and a strong sense of faith <br /></p><p>* Have a capacity to enliven the values of truth, empathy, excellence, curiosity and collaboration in students with regard to the Mission and Vision of Sydney Catholic Schools. </p><p>* Qualified and experienced to teach all levels of Mathematics including a capacity to teach Mathematics Extension I. </p><p>* Stimulate the continued and improving development of pedagogical styling and contextual assessment, which is versed by current data and evidence based scholastic approaches. </p><p>* Facilitate staff professional development in best practice teaching and learning, targeting the engagement of boys in Mathematics. This includes leading the creation and resourcing of innovative and agile programs, utilising higher order ICT skills and encouragement of the Faculty to embrace further studies in Mathematics. </p><p>* Exercise leadership capacity through encouragement of positive staff morale and team building. </p><p>* Develop, evaluate and revise policies and practices which comply with Marist College Eastwood, Sydney Catholic Schools and NESA legislative requirements and guidelines. </p><p>* SCS accreditation to teach Religious Education is desirable. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
