All Saints Catholic College is currently recruiting, therefore, applications are invited for the position of: Leader of Learning: Technology and Applied Studies (TAS) - Years 7-10 at the Liverpool Campus (2 Points) Commencing January 2020

<p>Applications for this full time/permanent position should be sent to the Head of Middle School (Principal), Mr Michael Hollis.</p><p>Essential Selection Criteria:<br /></p><p>The preferred applicant demonstrates the following criteria:<br /></p><ul><li>a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic school within the broader Catholic Church</li><li>a commitment to academic excellence and a sound knowledge of contemporary approaches to pedagogy, including the nature of assessment and differentiated learning</li><li>commitment to a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data</li><li>an ability to lead learning and foster innovation and creativity in a collaborative environment </li><li>a working knowledge and understanding of education appropriate for the stage/s for which this role is responsible</li><li>a comprehensive understanding of NESA requirements </li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff</li><li>the capacity to empower students to be independent and creative learners</li><li>a willingness to be involved in the extra-curricular life of the College</li></ul><p>The following General Capabilities are applicable to the role:<br /></p><ul><li>well-developed oral and written communication skills</li><li>ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>strong organisational skills</li><li>appropriate accreditation to teach Religious Education (where required by the role), aligned in accordance with ‘Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Sydney Diocese’ Policy or a commitment to gain such accreditation within the first contractual period</li><li>Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)</li><li>Sydney Catholic Schools’ employment number</li></ul><p>Applications should include the names and contact details of three referees who may be contacted as part of the shortlisting process.
