Our primary school is an exciting learning environment and we are seeking to appoint dynamic and innovative Classroom Teachers on a permanent, full-time basis commencing Term 1, 2020.

<p><br /></p> <p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced teachers.</p> <p>Positions commence at the beginning of the 2020 school year. Child Protection legislation requires the preferred applicants to be subject to employment screening.</p> <p> </p> <p>The successful candidates will be experienced, dynamic and creative teachers.  An excellent understanding of contemporary pedagogy and ability to differentiate and provide for a diverse range of abilities is essential, including catering for highly gifted students. Proven experience in teaching in flexible learning spaces and integrating ICT into all aspects of teaching and learning is essential. A strong team member with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the whole school vision, pedagogy and community is also essential.</p> <p> </p> <p>Applicants should have:</p> <ul><li>a knowledge of and commitment to the mission of the Catholic school and Religious Education qualifications</li><li>be a positive and collaborative contributor to improving educational outcomes</li><li>a commitment to excellence as a classroom teacher and high expectations for students</li><li>experience as a classroom teacher and proven commitment to developing and teaching in flexible learning environments reflective of contemporary pedagogy</li><li>sound knowledge of and experience in the implementation of effective literacy and numeracy programs</li><li>a proven commitment to sharing their skills, gifts and talents with the school community as a whole  </li><li>registration with the NSW Institute of Teachers</li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Interested applicants are invited to email a curriculum vitae, including contact details of three referees (past employer, present employer and parish priest from usual place of worship), to the principal Ms Beverly Coffey</p>
