The Assistant Principal / PYP Coordinator is responsible for the PYP curriculum implementation. It is an expectation that this person will have extensive knowledge and experience in delivery and leadership of the IB PYP. The role requires working within the Senior Leadership Team, year level and specialist teaching teams and the parent community.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Primary Years practitioner to join our Senior Leadership Team. </p><p>
The ideal candidate will </p><p>- provide pedagogical leadership and coordinate the PYP
curriculum </p><p>- lead the professional growth and development process
</p><p>- support staff in using high impact and evidence-based strategies
to improve student learning </p><p>- inspire innovation in the learning environment
</p><p>- partner with parents to support educational outcomes
</p><p>
