Teachers within the Diocese are responsible to the Principal and share in the learning and teaching of subject matters to students of the school community. <p>The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is looking for a skilled, contemporary and passionate Primary K-6 Teacher to be part of our school community and enrich the lives of our students.</p> <p><span>Teachers within the Diocese are responsible to the Principal and share in the learning and teaching of subject matters to students of the school community. It is a collaborative ministry of witness and service and part of the evangelising mission of the Church.</span></p> <p dir="ltr">St. Michael’s School, Blacktown South is a four-stream co-educational primary school with 720 students. Applications are invited for a suitably qualified, experienced teacher to take Creative Arts lessons (Music, Drama, Dance) during RFF. This position begins on 17th September 2019 for approximately one-year.</p> <p><strong>Key focus areas</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Essential Criteria</p> <p dir="ltr">The successful applicant will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">have experience and competency as an educator;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and display a commitment to ongoing professional learning opportunities;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">be open to working in agile learning spaces;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">be willing to contribute to the life of our faith learning community beyond the learning spaces.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Closing Date: Wednesday 4th September 2019</p> <p dir="ltr">Please supply details of qualifications, experience and the contact details of three referees.
