<h4><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><ul><li>1 Year fixed-term position located in East Melbourne  </li></ul><p></p><p></p></h4><h4>ABOUT THE POSITION </h4><p>Applications are sought from experienced and suitably qualified Media Advisers to lead the development, implementation and operation of the Catholic Education Melbourne Communications and Media Strategy reporting to the Manager, Communications and Marketing. </p><h4>TO BE SUCCESSFUL </h4><p>You will have high level strategic, research and analytical skills with the ability to strategically manage major issues and coordinate complex media matters. You will provide strategic advice and options to internal stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Director. In addition, you will advise and support school leaders on media matters. </p><p>To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in communications and/or demonstrated experience working in a Media Adviser role. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and, you will have excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft press releases and articles for print news media.
