<p>Applications are invited for the position of a 1 point Visual Arts Coordinator.  This is a full time position to commence on Monday 14 October 2019, or negotiable.</p><p>Essential Criteria:</p><ul><li>A commitment to Catholic Education, a clear understanding of the ethos of Catholic Schools and a willingness to contribute to the faith formation of students</li><li>Experience in teaching Stage 4, 5 and 6 Visual Arts, Stage 5 Photographic and Digital Media and Stage 6 Photography, Video and Digital Imaging</li><li>A desire to work cohesively in a team and support the vision and goals of the College through their leadership of the Visual Arts Faculty</li><li>Ability to contribute to improved teaching and learning in Visual Arts</li><li>Can use data collegially and effectively to improve student academic growth</li><li>Exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective pedagogies</li><li>An interest in Project-Based Learning</li><li>Develop sound faculty policies and practices to ensure they comply with College, Sydney Catholic Schools and NESA legislative requirements and guidelines</li><li>Able to develop a sense of collaboration and innovative teaching within the Visual Arts faculty, promoting teacher professional growth</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills</li><li>Can promote Visual Arts to the wider school community</li></ul><p><br /></p>
