<p>Catholic Education Melbourne (CEM) is a dynamic education service provider to 331 Catholic primary, secondary and special schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. More than 450 staff work across the head office in East Melbourne and four regional offices in the North, East, South and West. CEM provides services to schools in areas as diverse as Curriculum, Religious Education, Finance, ICT, Marketing and Communications, Student Wellbeing, Legal, Planning and Industrial Relations. This community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care. </p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p>ABOUT THE POSITION </p><p>As a member of the Planning and Infrastructure team, the Capital Project Delivery Officer, will demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Catholic education and a capacity to realise that mission in the context of the CEM Strategic Plan which promotes strong, shared leadership and a culture of creativity and innovative practice. </p><p> </p><p>The Capital Project Delivery Officer will: </p><p>Administer the Victorian Government Capital Funding Program for Non-Government Schools 2019-20 to 2022-23 (VGCFP2019-23) Capital Funding Programs in accordance with the Funding Framework Agreement and Operational Guidelines. </p><p>Assist schools to implement capital projects against quality, time and cost parameters. </p><p>Assist individual schools to meet future enrolment demands with facilities that are safe, compliant and flexible. </p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p>TO BE SUCCESSFUL </p><p>The successful candidate must have </p><p>Tertiary qualifications relevant to school infrastructure, project management, architecture or asset management. </p><p>High level reporting and project management skills. </p><p>Current Victorian Driver&#39;s Licence. </p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p>Special Requirements </p><p> </p><p>KEY SELECTION CRITERIA </p><p>    1. Demonstrated successful experience within infrastructure management such as engineering, architecture or strategic asset management functions. </p><p>    2. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of infrastructure programs, compliance and reporting. </p><p>    3. Well-developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to: </p><p>          a. prepare reports, briefings and policy documents; </p><p>          b. communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including senior personnel in Catholic Education Melbourne and the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne; </p><p>          c. manage and report on building contractual issues. </p><p>    4. A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education. </p>
