Position criteria<br>The successful applicant will:<br> - Have a sound knowledge of, and a commitment to, the Mission of the Catholic school and possess relevant Religious Education qualifications.<br> - Have a high standard of competency and proficiency as a classroom practitioner and be familiar with best practice, especially in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy.<br> - Demonstrate knowledge of how to use targeted feedback and data to inform teaching and learning in order to create differentiated teaching programs that cater for the needs of all students.<br> - Demonstrate effective classroom management strategies.<br> - Communicate and work collaboratively in teams to plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate learning.<br> - Enable students to use information technology on a daily basis in order to enhance their learning.<br> - Be committed to delivering a child-centred approach to education, where the students are actively engaged in the learning. <br> - Be committed to ongoing professional learning as a member of a professional learning community.<br> - Be willing to contribute to the broader aspects of school life.<br> - Possess a current Working with Children Check - please include these details in your application<br> - Be approved to work in Parramatta Diocese - please include PIN or HRTC number in your application <br> Start: Term 3, 2019
