The successful applicant will:<br>' Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission of Catholic Education and a willingness to actively support and promote the Catholic, academic and pastoral dimension of College life.<br>' Have experience teaching Junior and Senior courses ' See themselves as learners and be committed to ongoing professional learning;<br>' Work collaboratively with the Leader of Learning KLA and peers to design inquiry learning experiences where students exercise choice to demonstrate knowledge and understanding;<br>' Lead the development of social skills and nurture the growth of enterprise skills including critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration for each student;<br>' Integrate digital technology as an enabler and accelerator for student learning and professional learning;<br>' Lead and use diagnostic data, summative data and formative data, including observations, annotations and work samples, to inform 'next steps' for students;<br>' Demonstrate understanding of curriculum and pedagogy and how these underpin: inquiry-based learning (including PBL); creativity and critical thinking; responses to complex real-world questions and authentic problems;<br>' Know and apply NESA and Catholic Education, Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP) requirements.<br>' Have demonstrated the understanding and application of the whole school policies and procedures concerning WHS and student welfare;<br>' Have a current Working With Children Check;<br>' Have classification with CEDP or be in the process of obtaining.<br> <br> Start: Term 3, 2019
