Commencing in Term 3 2019, this position has been created to serve the Catholic Church through its evangelizing mission in Catholic education. Specifically, the role focuses on proactively managing the recruitment strategy for Catholic education, Diocese of Wilcannia-Forbes. This requires management of the end to end recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting and interviews. Essential components of the role include workforce planning; partnerships with universities to recruit quality teachers; marketing and advertising; and maintaining media platforms to promote Catholic education.
