<p>This position is a school support staff position to support the administrative functions of the College. Primarily the successful applicant would work in the College Library.</p><p>Part-Time (56 hours/fortnight) - Four days per week - Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 3.30pm.</p><p>Essential Criteria:</p><ul><li>A commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young woman in the Marist tradition.</li><li>Flexible, adaptive, and willing to assist with a diverse range of support roles across the College.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Competence and confidence in using a variety of ICT including Microsoft Office Applications.</li><li>Ability to respond to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Effective communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>Professional presentation.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li></ul><p>Desirable Criteria:</p><ul><li>Familiarity with the Mac OS X and SAS operating systems and Google Apps.</li></ul><p>Applicants should register their interest by submitting a cover letter to the Principal, Dr Anne Ireland, an application addressing each of the selection criteria; a current resume, and a completed <b><i>Employment Application Form for Support Staff</i></b> (found on the College website under Employment Opportunities) with certified copies of qualifications.</p><p>The successful applicant will be required to hold and maintain a valid Working With Children Check from the Office of the Children&#39;s Guardian.</p><p><b>Applications in writing to be directed to:</b></p><p>Mrs Narelle Camroux, Assistant to the Principal</p><p>Email: narelle.camroux&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au</p>
