<p>Great location<br />•    Collaborative environment<br />•    Small school with a focus on trades <br /><br />NGC is seeking applications from qualified, passionate and creative teachers.<br /><br />The position is currently casual.<br /><br />Among other qualities you should be able to demonstrate:<br />• Comprehensive knowledge and passion for your KLA;<br />• Ability to motivate, excite and inspire young people, including young people with complex needs;<br />• Capacity and willingness to program and teach English to students in stage 5 and 6;<br />• A broad understanding of the development, learning styles and educational needs of students in Years 9-12 from a wide range of backgrounds;<br />• Genuine best practice in quality learning, and teaching and classroom management;<br />• A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude;<br />• Demonstrated knowledge and acceptance of the nature of youth culture, with the willingness to develop strong relationships with students, parents and the community.<br /></p>
