<p>Arndell School are seeking casual teachers who are qualified in primary school education to form part of a regular pool of casuals who can provide relief when teachers are released from their teaching duties professional learning and school matters, or are on leave. </p><p>Casual teachers are provided an induction program which includes team teaching with a peer to learn the routines of the school and  observe and put in to practice procedures and techniques for supporting students who experience difficulties in regulating their emotions, engaging with tasks or forming positive relationships with peers, They are assigned a peer mentor who will be able to provide ongoing support and feedback to assist the casual teacher develop their confidence and expertise in working in our specialised setting. </p><p>Regular casual relief teachers are provided with access to ongoing training and development and invited to attend any relevant school development activities. </p><p>Each class at Arndell School takes up to 7 primary aged students and is staffed with a teacher and a learning and support officer. </p>
