<h4>12 month appointment</h4><p><br /></p><p><i>(Secondment will be considered)</i><br /></p><p>As a service role, the IT Technical Service Officer will be in regular contact with CEDWW staff in schools and in the central office as well as with external parties such as vendors and service partners. The incumbent will build positive working relationships with customers and team members to enable effective service outcomes. <br /></p><p>The IT Technical Service Officer will lead the day-to-day maintenance of core systems and infrastructure.
