<p><b>SPECIFIC CRITERIA </b></p><p>• Demonstrates a commitment to the practice of our Catholic faith and support of Parish/school connections; </p><p>• Capable of working in all classrooms across K-6 in a teacher release capacity; </p><p>• Outstanding classroom practitioner, with strengths in the teaching of Literacy or Numeracy; </p><p>• Ability to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all learners through varied teaching strategies and sound pedagogical practices; </p><p>• Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of the cultural forces that enable a Culture of Thinking; </p><p>• Understanding of, and commitment to, positive student welfare practices using effective behaviour management strategies; </p><p>• Demonstrated ability to integrate ICT authentically into the learning and teaching program; </p><p>• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development </p><p>• Ability to work as a member of a team including a willingness to share expertise as an active member of staff </p><p>Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese. </p><p>All applicants for teaching positions must complete a Teacher Application Form available on our website https://www.csodbb.catholic.edu.au/careers/Job-Application-Packages- and include a letter addressing the essential/specific criteria for the position.
