<p>Champagnat Catholic College is seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to join the HSIE Department.</p><p><b>Essential Criteria: </b></p><p> The successful applicant will have: </p><ul><li>commitment to Catholic education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support faith formation of students </li><li>appropriate tertiary qualifications and approval to teach in NSW </li><li>demonstrated knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices that provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigour </li><li>a commitment to academic excellence </li><li>qualifications or willingness to undertake gifted education training</li><li>an understanding of and ability to differentiate curriculum and assessment </li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff </li><li>exhibit knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to integrate these into a wide range of curriculum applications. </li><li>ability to critically reflect on their own teaching practice </li><li>a willingness to be involved in the College&#39;s co-curricular activities </li></ul><p><b>Application Process: </b></p><p> Please email your resume and a cover letter of introduction that addresses the essential criteria to joanne.kessey&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au by the closing date.
