<p><b>SPECIFIC CRITERIA </b></p><p>The successful applicant will have the ability to: </p><ul><li>Experience and or interest in working with students with special needs/ disabilities </li><li>Assist teachers in the support of students with their learning within the classroom; </li><li>Work co-operatively with the Learning Support Teacher and classroom teachers;</li><li>Provide personal care for students with disabilities  </li><li>Be a confident user of technology. </li><li>Support and contribute to the Catholic ethos of the College. </li><li>Certificate level qualification and/or previous experience in the Learning Support Assistant role is preferred.  </li></ul><p>All applicants for school support staff positions must submit a CV including details of three nominated referees and include a letter addressing the essential/specific criteria for the position and be mailed to the Principal. </p><p>Further information about the Diocese can be found on our website: www.csodbb.catholic.edu.au </p><p>A six (6) month probationary period applies to this position. </p><p>Child Protection Legislation requires preferred applicants to be subject to employment screening </p><p><br /></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><br /></p>
