<p><b>SPECIFIC CRITERIA </b></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in teaching Science with Stage 6 Biology essential. </li><li>Be able to commence in Week 9 Term 2, or as soon as possible there after. </li><li>Ability to lead an enthusiastic team of teachers </li><li>Possess excellent communication and organizational skills </li><li>Successful experience in a previous school leadership position an advantage </li><li>Possess a genuine passion for teaching  </li><li>Be inspirational and motivating  </li><li>Be able to contribute to the College’s goals of improving students’ literacy and critical thinking skills  </li></ul><p> Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese. </p><p> All applicants for teaching positions must complete a Teacher Application Form (available on our website) and include a letter addressing the essential/specific criteria for the position.
