A Co-educational Catholic High School serving the Albion Park area with an enrolment of approximately 794 pupils.

<p>A temporary part time position (working Thursday and Friday) commencing 29 April 2019 until 29 April 2020.</p> <p>The position will provide the trainee with on-the-job training and ongoing support from the Senior School Support Officer and the administration staff. The trainee will be exposed to a variety of administration roles including general office duties, liaising with staff, students and parents.</p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>&nbsp;attending to reception counter, handling student and visitor enquiries and welcoming visitors to the School</li> <li>&nbsp;basic Clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing, collating and handling mail</li> <li>&nbsp;answering the telephone</li> <li>&nbsp;receiving deliveries</li> <li>&nbsp;general tidying of administration area</li> <li>&nbsp;duties at the discretion of the SSSO and Principal.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>&nbsp;currently undertaking a Certificate lll in Business Administration (or equivalent) or be willing to commence Certificate lll in Business Administration</li> <li>&nbsp;professional commitment to confidentiality and privacy</li> <li>&nbsp;ability to work under limited direction</li> <li>&nbsp;ability to work in a team environment</li> <li>&nbsp;good computer skills</li> <li>&nbsp;good organisational and time management skills</li> <li>&nbsp;accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>&nbsp;professional personal presentation</li> <li>&nbsp;willing to learn.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Closing date 28 March 2019 at 4pm</strong></p>
