The Leader of Learning:<br>­-Contributes to the delivery of the system strategic intent and learning agenda within the local school context<br>­-Exercises Catholic leadership and fosters the faith formation of students and staff<br>­-Leads the implementation of the learning framework, agreed pedagogical practice, and school action plan including literacy and<br>numeracy goals<br>­-Builds the capacity of teachers through professional learning, feedback, mentoring and coaching<br>­-Collaborates across areas of responsibility to provide integrated, personalised, and experiential learning opportunities<br>­-Ensures relevance and rigour in learning experiences and quality teaching through ongoing research and analysis of data to support<br>evidence­-based practice<br>­-Contributes to a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility across the school<br>­-Tracks, reports and meets compliance requirements of assigned areas of responsibility and components of registration and<br>accreditation in accordance with school, system and legislative requirements<br><br>Typical Experience and Qualifications:<br>-­Expertise in Technologies<br>­-Accredited tertiary qualification in education or degree in a specific discipline with a graduate degree in teaching<br>­-Demonstrated experience or capacity to lead a high performing team in a school setting<br>-­Working with Children Check<br> <br> Start: starting date to be negotiated
