The successful applicant will have an excellent understanding of library collection management including purchasing, budgeting and culling to ensure a balanced and rich collection to meet the needs of the school's library. The successful applicant will also have highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement literature and information literacy programs.
