An excellent opportunity has arisen within the People & Culture team at CEM for an experienced HR Adviser. Full-time contract position until May 2020.

<h4>ABOUT THE POSITION </h4><p>The objective of the Human Resources Adviser is to support the efficient operations of the organisation by partnering with management in the delivery of a diverse range of Human Resource (HR) management processes. This is a full-time contract until May 2020.</p><p>TO BE SUCCESSFUL <br />The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline together with experience in providing HR advice and service, and demonstrated ability in interpreting, administering and advising on legislation, organisational policies and procedures.  </p><p>Your attention to detail and commitment to stakeholder engagement, together with strong HR administration and problem solving skills will be essential to your success in this role. </p><p>The successful applicant will also be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check </p><p>HOW TO APPLY <br />Applicants need to provide: </p><ul><li>a separate statement addressing the Key Selection Criteria </li><li>a cover letter </li><li>an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae </li><li>two employment references upon request. </li></ul><p>Applications can be uploaded via the ‘Apply’ tab on the Catholic Education Melbourne website.
