An opportunity for a exceptional Learning Enrichment Teacher to join a dedicated and competent team serving Kindergarten to Year 12.

They will have the ability to develop positive relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and inquiry and be proactive in their support of the Christian mission and values of the College.</p><p><br /></p><p>The successful applicant will:</p><ul><li>Actively support the Christian mission and values of the College</li><li>Be an experienced, highly effective, innovative and motivated educator with a passion for learning and teaching</li><li>Work collaboratively within school teams and with students to improve student achievement</li><li>Plan, prepare and deliver effective teaching and learning programs for identified students to improve their learning outcomes, with a focus on literacy and numeracy</li><li>Support teachers in assessing and monitoring the progress of students underachieving in the literacy and numeracy demands of the learning areas or subjects</li><li>Work collaboratively with other specialists (for example, guidance officers, speech language pathologists) to coordinate services which improve students’ learning</li><li>Have exemplary ability to differentiate instruction K-12</li><li>Have the capacity to work across the College in both the Junior and Senior School</li><li>Work alongside classroom teachers to contribute additional expertise in planning, teaching, assessing and monitoring student achievement and progress</li><li>Be experienced in assessing for learning, as learning and of learning</li><li>Be willing to be involved in the broader life of the College and actively and enthusiastically support the co-curricular and outdoor education program of the College</li><li>Have relevant qualifications and experience, preferably in special education</li><li>Have working knowledge of current disability legislation and the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data</li><li>Have expertise and knowledge of evidence based, effective teaching practices to improve student achievement across the learning areas or subjects with a focus on literacy and numeracy</li><li>Possess working knowledge of educational assessments and strong data literacy skills</li><li>Provide support and advice on the teaching of students with diverse learning needs</li><li>Be experienced providing evidenced based interventions and adjustments to support student learning</li><li>Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Possess a strong knowledge of the NSW curriculum</li><li>Be personally committed to learning</li><li>Be informed by data and research</li><li>Have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated</li><li>Be flexible and approachable</li><li>Possess strong ICT competencies.</li></ul><p>A full position description for this position, the application form and details on how to apply can be accessed at the College website.</p><p>Applicants must provide a valid Working With Children Clearance Check (WWCCC) at the time of application or before employment.
