<p>Sydney Catholic Schools is responsible for the leadership, efficient operation and management of the systemic schools which educate around 71,000 students in 152 parish primary and regional secondary schools in the Archdiocese of Sydney. </p><ul><li><b>Sydney Catholic Schools, Eastern Region Office</b></li><li><b>Commencement Date: To be negotiated</b></li><li><b>Closing Date:  5 March 2019 </b></li></ul><p>As a senior leader in a Catholic School System, the Regional Leader of Learning works within a collaborative multidisciplinary team to support schools provide high quality educational outcomes for all students.</p><p>The role is significant in contributing to the continuous improvement of our Catholic Schools through building the capacity of teachers to deliver quality learning and teaching for students with Diverse Learning Needs within the context of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. The Regional Leader of Learning is called to support the three leadership functions: leadership, teaching and wellbeing and will bring a specific expertise to at least one of these critical areas.
