<p>The successful applicant must have a strong commitment to the Christian ethos of our College and its Statement of Faith. The applicant must be registered to teach in Victoria or eligible to be registered.  They must have a sound knowledge and understanding of the relevant sections of the Australian Curriculum and have capacity to deliver it to students from Years 1 through to Year 10. A demonstrated ability to improve academic achievement by engaging students in learning is essential.  They must be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with their colleagues in a small team environment.  Mildura Christian College is a child safe school.  It is committed to the safety and well-being of each of its students and the successful applicant must share that commitment.</p>
