</p><ul><li>Knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School</li><li>Knowledge of the EAL/D Progressions</li><li>Qualifications in TESOL or commitment to undertake the professional learning to gain the qualification.</li><li>Ability to work in collaboration with class teachers to meet the learning needs of EAL/D students</li><li>Understanding of the importance of data collection in relation to EAL/D including the completion of the WSPELP</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and parents</li></ul>
