<p><b>Organisation</b></p><p>The Student Tutor Network is looking to expand! Student Tutors is currently offering positions of one-on-one and small group teaching. Our tutors are supported by a professional management team and resources are provided. There are varied positions available from K-12 across all KLAs. Our tutors will be helping educate athletes and performers of the future.</p><p>New grads/student-teachers are also welcome to apply.</p><p>**Interviews will be in January of 2019**</p><p><b>Purpose of the role</b></p><p>Tutors are to support students within the specified learning endeavours. Tutors do so by assisting students in mastering content, skills and studying strategies from K-12.</p><p><b>Reporting relationship</b></p><p>You will be overseen by the STN Management team, and report to the team leader when required.</p><p><b>Key Characteristics Required</b></p><ul><li>Strong English skills.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Must be responsible enough to take on the position permanently.</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail, and a sense of pride in one’s work.</li><li>Patient, perceptive and understanding concerning students’ needs.</li><li>An adaptable team player.</li></ul><p><b>Mandatory requirements</b></p><ul><li>Enrolment in/completion of Bachelor Degree.</li><li>Either experience in, or passion for education, on all levels.</li><li>A valid NSW Working with Children Check.</li><li>Access to a regular and reliable source of internet (IOS, Android, PC, MAC).</li><li>A Drivers License and own transport.</li><li>When applying please attach a copy of your HSC, Uni (or equivalent education) transcript to your CV.</li></ul><p><b>Check out our website - </b><a href="https://www.studenttutors.com.au" rel="nofollow">https://www.studenttutors.com.au</a><b> </b></p><p><b>Salary</b>: $30.00 to $45.00 /hour</p>
