The Administration officer is an employee whose principal duties are in the functional areas of a school’s business operations, including but not limited to clerical, administration, finance, marketing, fundraising, public relations, information technology, human resources administration and information management. The Administration Officer is able to use discretion and judgment under general direction to perform their day to day work.

<p dir="ltr">The Catholic Learning Community of John XXIII Catholic Primary School and St Mark’s Catholic College caters to the growing needs of our community with over 1,700 K-12 students. We are an innovative College and welcome applications from&nbsp;driven and talented Administration Officers to join our team reporting to the Principal and/or delegate. </p><p dir="ltr">The successful applicant will undertake a wide range of duties to support the Food Technology and Hospitality team, including</p><ul><li>daily operating procedures for a Kitchen Assistant</li><li>stock and resource orders</li><li>preparation of equipment and food in readiness for classroom demonstrations</li><li>receiving deliveries</li><li>administrative support</li><li>any other duties set by the Principal and/or delegate</li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will be able to prioritise workloads, have strong attention to detail and engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.</p> <p>This is a temporary part-time position of 42hrs per fortnight working 5 days per week commencing 29 January 2019 and concluding 12 April 2019.</p> <p><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
