<p>We are seeking an Early Learning Operations Manager to be accountable for managing the effective delivery of Early Learning and Care National Quality Standards, underpinned by the principles and practices of the National Quality Framework.</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Leading and coordinating the day to day operational management of the Catholic Out of School Hours Care (COSHC) and Catholic Early Learning and Care Centres (CELC) staff and services</li> <li dir="ltr">Identifying priorities and managing the implementation of high quality early learning and care services per the approved educational programs for COSHC and CELC services ensuring compliance with quality standards</li> <li dir="ltr">Managing the COSHC Operations Coordinators and lead the team through the Assessment and Rating processes for COSHC and CELC services</li> <li dir="ltr">Contributing to the design and managing delivery of professional learning to build capacity in COSHC and CELC Centres and meet regulation requirements</li> <li dir="ltr">Analysing and synthesising the Child Care Subsidy Scheme to meet compliance</li> </ul> <p>Typical Experience and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Early Learning tertiary qualification with minimum 5 years industry experience</li> <li dir="ltr">Specialist pedagogical expertise in Early Learning and Care</li> <li dir="ltr">Current Early Learning and Care knowledge including National Quality Framework (Law, Regulations, standards) for Out of School Hours Care and Early Learning Centres</li> <li dir="ltr">Management and leadership experience</li> <li dir="ltr">Professional Development Qualifications</li> <li dir="ltr">Negotiation, conflict management and interpersonal skills</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">The Organisation</p> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
