<h4>                                                            Children&#39;s Services Managers (Permanent Part-time) </h4><h5>                                                            Toowoomba (0.8 FTE)  --  North Brisbane/Sunshine Coast (0.5 FTE)</h5><h5>                                                                                            commencing 22 January 2019</h5><p><br /></p><p>The Children&#39;s Services Manager is part of a small team of professionals under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer of Queensland Lutheran Early Childhood Services (QLECS). <br /></p><p>The position involves oversight of the operations of Children&#39;s Services integrated as part of QLECS. The work involves a broad spectrum of activities, including field visits, organising workshops, writing reports, monitoring compliance and physical environments, facilities, programs and materials, modelling appropriate professional behaviour and liaising with government and other relevant organisations. Management of an allocation of services will be part of this role. </p><p>Successful applicants will be: </p><p>• a practicing Christian, able to demonstrate a willingness to support the ethos, philosophy and ministry of QLECS; </p><p>• a senior early childhood educator with appropriate tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Early Childhood) and a proven record (min 5 years) of leadership and achievement in children&#39;s services; </p><p>• experienced with legislative compliance and the National Quality Framework; </p><p>• an experienced manager of people, with excellent communication skills; and </p><p>• experienced with accounting systems and budgets for early childhood services. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
