<p>Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education for the following position to be based at our New Town office. </p><p><br /></p><h4> Organisational Development Officer </h4><p><br /></p><p> This new role will report to the Manager: Organisational Development, working within a contemporary People and Culture team. The role will be involved in the design and implementation of initiatives to accelerate skill development, enhance leadership and build an agile, resilient and constructive workforce. </p><p> The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate sound knowledge and application of contemporary Human Resources theory and practices, including: </p><ul><li> Development and facilitation of competency development programs </li><li>Learning Management Systems operation and online learning deployment </li><li>Facilitation of behavioural and cultural development initiatives at individual and team levels </li></ul><p>The successful candidate will have: </p><ul><li>Strong relationship development capabilities and team orientation </li><li>High-level communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Effective planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making capabilities </li><li>Hold Degree level qualification in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Human Resources (or equivalent). </li></ul><p>Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2015. </p><p>CET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
