Providing information and professional support to the Catholic Education Office Ballarat for all aspects of school wellbeing including students, staff and Principals of the Diocese

<p>students, staff and principals. </p><p>Key Responsibilities Wellbeing (Key Selection Criteria) </p><p>• To support the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education </p><p>• Work with the BDSAC Wellbeing Standing Committee and Wellbeing Team Leader to define what wellbeing means in relation to the diocesan education community. </p><p>• Research and identify wellbeing policies, programs and initiatives that currently exist or are available to Catholic schools in the Diocese of Ballarat. </p><p>• In collaboration with and under the guidance of the Wellbeing Team Leader, informed by current research and in partnership with the BDSAC Wellbeing Standing Committee, identify and/or develop a wellbeing framework for schools that takes account of enhancing wellbeing for staff, students and principal </p><p>• To work as a member of a cohesive and collaborative Improvement Team focussed on improving outcomes for all students </p><p>• Understanding child safety policies and procedures in an education context. </p><p>The Catholic Diocese of Ballarat is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for people of all ages, with special concern for children, young people and vulnerable adults.</p>
