<p>Marist College Eastwood has educated boys since 1937. Its mission is to develop the Christian faith of our students and to maintain a standard of educational excellence in caring and a safe learning environment. From a humble beginning 80 years ago in the original four room building, the College now consist of numerous buildings and has an enrolment of close to 800 students. </p><p> Located close to Eastwood Station, bus stops and shops, Marist College Eastwood is easily accessible to students from both the local area and the broader Sydney region. </p><p> </p><p><b>Essential Criteria</b> </p><p>The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:   <br /></p><p>• Commitment to the Catholic Church and a strong sense of faith. </p><p>• Highly effective teaching skills and a clear understanding of modern pedagogical practice. </p><p>• An ability to build strong working relationships with staff, students and outside agencies and work as part of a team. </p><p>• Incorporate innovative high order ICT skills in teaching, learning and administration. </p><p>• An ability to demonstrate high order skills in planning and organisation. </p><p>• Accredited to teach English and HSIE</p><p><b>Desirable Criteria</b></p><p><b>• </b>Accreditation and experience teaching Religious Education would be an advantage</p>
