<p>We are seeking&nbsp;a school leader to be accountable for leading the learning at St Andrews through collaboration, instructional leadership, supporting evidence-based practice and a commitment to their own learning.</p> <p>The Leader of Learning Diversity:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Contributes to the delivery of the system strategic intent within the local school context</li> <li dir="ltr">Exercises Catholic leadership and fosters the faith formation of students and staff</li> <li dir="ltr">Leads the implementation of the wellbeing and diversity framework and school action plan</li> <li dir="ltr">Creates and maintains an effective partnership with families and carers to support and improve students’ achievement and personal development</li> <li dir="ltr">Mentors and coaches teachers to make appropriate adjustments or interventions for students at the point of need</li> <li dir="ltr">Coordinates the personalised planning process and collaborates with Leaders of Learning and stakeholders on developing personalised plans for students</li> <li dir="ltr">Identifies and coordinates internal and external stakeholders, support services and agencies to respond to the needs of students including providers for diagnostic testing and assessment</li> <li dir="ltr">Tracks, reports and meets compliance of assigned areas of responsibility and components of registration and accreditation in accordance with school, system and legislative requirements</li> </ul> <p>Typical Experience and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Accredited tertiary qualification in education or degree in a specific discipline with a graduate degree in teaching &nbsp;</li> <li dir="ltr">Demonstrated experience working in a leadership position in a school setting</li> <li dir="ltr">Working with Children Check</li> <li dir="ltr">Australian resident or citizen</li> </ul> <p>The Organisation</p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
