The Learning Support Leader is responsible for the provision of services to meet the needs of students with additional needs, their parents, teachers and the College community. This involves the design, development, provision and coordination of a wide range of tailored programs to meet individual needs, both within the classroom, in small group situations and with individual students. The incumbent is expected to provide effective, skilful and sensitive management to achieve the optimal learning outcomes for special needs students. The Learning Support Leader will be responsible for leading, administering, developing, implementing and reviewing programs to support students with additional needs.
