The position is for four - five days a week, fixed term until the end of 2024 school year. </p><p> </p><p>The successful applicant will have the capacity to:</p><p>Work collaboratively as part of a team. </p><p>Foster effective relationships with students and colleagues. </p><p>Support students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive learning environment. </p><p>Support students through implementing learning adjustments, in consultation with the classroom teacher and Student Wellbeing/Learning Diversity Leaders. </p><p>Support students with diverse needs within the classroom and through targeted intervention programs, based on student&#39;s social and academic needs and Personalised Learning Plans. </p><p>Maintain relevant records and communication books where required.</p>
