<p>Rouse Hill Anglican College (RHAC) is a highly regarded independent co-educational Christian school with approximately 1600 students from Pre-K to Year 12. The College is located in the Hills District in Sydney’s northwest and is committed to a professional, collaborative and supportive workplace for all employees. The College has modern facilities, is very well resourced and can be easily accessed by car or the Metro Northwest rail.<br /></p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within the school for a Registrar who will be responsible for student enrolments and work with other staff members to promote the College to the broader community. </p><p>Christians who are actively involved in a church are particularly encouraged to apply, The College is happy to receive applications for full time or part time work and discuss flexible working arrangements with the preferred applicant. </p><p><b>Main Responsibilities </b></p><p>Ensure that the enrolment process, from an initial inquiry to a new student’s first day at RHAC, is delivered to a high standard. </p><p>Work with senior executive and administration staff to: </p><ul><li> respond to enrolment inquiries </li><li> process enrolment applications </li><li> assess enrolment applications </li><li> conduct enrolment interviews </li><li> provide information about new students to teachers </li></ul><p>Coordinate and attend events that promote RHAC to the broader community e.g. College tours. </p><p><b>Key Attributes </b></p><p>A warm, enthusiastic and perceptive person who: </p><ul><li> has strong digital literacy and administration skills </li><li> has excellent written communication skills </li><li> can relate well to prospective parents in face to face meetings and on the phone </li><li> is able to provide clear and accurate information to parents and staff about enrolments </li><li> can speak engagingly to groups when promoting RHAC </li><li> handles all confidential, sensitive and private information carefully </li></ul><p><b>The Contract </b></p><p>A contract and competitive salary will be negotiated with the preferred applicant. </p><p><b>Child Safety </b></p><p>The College is committed to effectively and practically implementing the Child Safe Standards developed by the Office of the Children’s Guardian.
