Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney&#39;s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>The role requires a developed sense of initiative, attention to detail, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and for strict confidentiality. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential. School-based experienced is desirable but not essential. </p><p>Essential Criteria: </p><ul><li>Supportive of, or can demonstrate an understanding and commitment to, the ethos of the Catholic faith in an educational context. </li><li>Displays a friendly and professional demeanour. </li><li>Has expert knowledge and skill in the Microsoft suite of products – i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams </li><li>Displays empathy, enthusiasm, commitment and is highly motivated to contribute.
