Radford College is seeking an experienced Student Support Assistant to join our Student Support and Enrichment Team

<p><b>Permanent full-time, term-time </b></p><p><b>Commencing 2024 </b></p><p>Suitably experienced and qualified applicants are invited to apply for a permanent full-time, term-time Student Support Assistant role in our Junior School. </p><p><b>The opportunity </b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Student Support Assistant to join our Student Support and Enrichment (SS&amp;E) Team, from Term 2 2024. </p><p>The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, co-operative team, with a passion for providing a vibrant, dynamic, and innovative educational program for our students in the Junior School. </p><p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>The successful candidate will assist with and participating in learning activities and prepare learning areas. </p><p>You will also provide individualised, one on one support and assistance to students, to support the student’s full participation and learning in the classroom. Particularly, support will be provided to students with additional learning, physical, social, or behavioural difficulties. </p><p><b>About you </b></p><p>The successful candidate will have experience in providing high quality, impactful support and assistance to students, and confidence working with children.
