Operating in a fast paced environment, the Personal Assistant is responsible for the professional and efficient operations of the Director’s Office and a range of Office Manager responsibilities including management of a team of 5 office support staff. </p><p>The PA will be required to exercise discretion, always maintain confidentiality. Additionally, the PA will support the Director in their role as Company Secretary in all School Board and corporate governance requirements including preparation and circulation of Board agendas and papers. </p><p>Utilising strong stakeholder engagement skills, the incumbent will build and maintain positive and respectful relationships with staff, parents, students and other members of our School community. </p><p><b>About you </b></p><p>The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting at Executive level including working with a Board of Directors or school Board. Experience managing teams will be highly regarded. Your excellent communication skills (written and verbal, including minute taking) coupled with a collaborative, customer service focused approach will be highly valued. Active support of the School’s mission, values and goals in all dealings will be critical.
