This is an ongoing, full-time, term time position (part time is negotiable) working 40 weeks per year, commencing as soon as possible. </p><p>The Administration Assistant will work collaboratively with all members of the Sport department, performing program administrative duties in line with approved policies, procedures and expectations spanning across staff allocations and team management, facilitate transportation and venue bookings, administer incursion and excursion event forms and risk assessments, coordinate sporting event planning and execution, prepare communications to staff, students and families on behalf of the Head of Sport, as well as many other duties as directed. </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and environment in a role that provides scope for growth and professional development. </p><p>Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.15am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.15am – 4.00pm. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>You are an aspiring administrator or sporting enthusiast seeking the next step in your developing career. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet cultural and stakeholder needs. </p><p>You will have a keen eye for the finer details, and a desire to learn through hands on experience in the role.
