Georges River Grammar is seeking to employ an enthusiastic and passionate teacher as the Head of Department – Social Sciences as an integral member of the Middle Management Team responsible for leading the delivery of education in Geography, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies, Legal Studies and any other Social Sciences courses offered. This position will commence at the start of Term 3 2024.
<p><b>The Head of Department – Social Sciences </b>is an integral member of the Middle Management Team. They are responsible for matters pertaining to their faculty in the Secondary School. The Head of Department – Social Sciences leads the delivery of education in Geography, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies, Legal Studies and any other Social Science courses offered in the Secondary School. The Head of Department – Social Sciences supports the strategic direction of GRG through the delivery of effective teaching and learning programs that are evidence-based and data-informed, fostering an inclusive and challenging learning environment.
