<p>Full-time, ongoing role </p><p>International Grammar School (IGS) is a vibrant, secular, coeducational school situated across five sites in Ultimo, Glebe and Kangaroo Valley. There are 1300 students from Preschool to Year 12 being educated in a unique bilingual environment. </p><p>We are seeking to appoint an exemplary and suitably qualified Head of Staffing, commencing from Term 3 2024, or earlier as negotiated. </p><p>The Head of Staffing has the primary responsibility for supporting the Principal to drive excellence in teaching and learning which is one of the School’s strategic areas of action. The focus of the role is to strategise and strengthen operational human resourcing systems so that School selects, retains and professionally develops and nurtures the very best teachers for students from Early Learning to Year 12.
