font-size: 11pt">Relevant tertiary qualifications in risk management, compliance, insurance, quality assurance, audit; or, a related field; or, an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work Experience:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Strong background in a risk, compliance, insurance and/or quality assurance/audit role with proven success and results in improving risk culture and performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Experience using risk management and/or compliance software tools.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Experience working in education would be an advantage.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Key Capabilities:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated successful experience working within a complex, highly regulated organisation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated ability in providing risk and compliance advice, guidance and support and developing strategies to effectively manage risk.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and develop and maintain ongoing relationships with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Highly developed skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to learn new software programs and provide administration support.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to develop, deliver, evaluate and review training for small and large groups.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Ability to work effectively as a team member and promote a collaborative culture.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Plus, the following generic selection criteria:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
