<p>The College is seeking to employ a new <b>Head of Student Services</b>. The head in charge of Student Services has a major role in the functioning of the day-to-day operation of the College, is a key support person for the principal, and is the main channel of communication between the Principal, staff and community. </p><p>The Head of Student Services is the key leader of the pastoral care and discipline systems in the school, and is involved in care of the College environment. </p><p>The role also contains a teaching component of about 10 lessons per week (out of 35). Subjects can be negotiated.</p><p>Geelong Baptist College is committed to the protection of children.
