This position will focus on our EALD student needs. </p><p><b><i>Please note, this is a casual opportunity at The King&#39;s School in North Parramatta. Work is onsite and predominately after school and into evening. </i></b></p><p><b>Role Insight:</b> As a pivotal member of our after-school Language Enrichment Program, you will provide specialised instruction aimed at enriching the language learning experiences of our students. This pivotal role requires your presence after school hours, from 3:30 PM onwards, spanning at least four afternoons each week, with a preference for five. </p><p><b>Your Impact: </b></p><p>• Devise and conduct captivating enrichment activities tailored to meet the unique needs of EALD students. </p><p>• Offer bespoke support to students, aiding them in surmounting language barriers to achieve academic excellence. </p><p>• Work in partnership with our teaching staff to weave enrichment activities seamlessly into the wider curriculum. </p><p>• Assess and track student progress, tweaking strategies as necessary to guarantee effective learning outcomes. </p><p> <b>ABOUT YOU </b></p><p>Are you driven by the desire to make a lasting impact on students&#39; lives through education?
