Are you a passionate and motivated Science Teacher looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity to join our Science department due to staff leave, on a full time/temporary basis, for Semester 2, 2024. This role will commence on Monday 22nd July 2024.

All CCGS staff participate in annual training in child protection.  <br />All statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment. <br /></p><p>To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:<br />•    Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation, with a major in Science essential<br />•    Sound knowledge of the NSW Curriculum<br />•    Ability to teach senior classes (Stage 6) would be an advantage<br />•    Evidence of high level student outcomes up to and including the HSC<br />•    A high standard of competency and innovation as a classroom teacher<br />•    A capacity to cater for different learning needs<br />•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br />•    Efficient administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability<br />•    Ability to prioritise and work as part of a team<br />•    A commitment to the strategic direction of the School is required<br /><br />Interested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School’s Strategic Plan ‘Striving for Excellence’, available on our website at www.ccgs.nsw.edu.au.
