This is a fixed term, full-time position, commencing as soon as possible and finishing on Friday 13 December 2024. </p><p>The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate experience in facilities management, general maintenance, grounds keeping, contributing to garden maintenance and lawn care using safe work practices. </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team, guided by a strong leader in a progressive environment that values service, integrity, community, excellence and creativity. </p><p>Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.15am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.15am – 4.00pm. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>You are an experienced Groundsperson seeking a diverse position within an inclusive and supportive work environment where your horticultural knowledge and general trade qualifications and/or handyperson experience will be championed. </p><p>A team player with an enthusiastic attitude and a flexible working approach, you will need to have a passion to learn and expand your skills every day. You are also adept at working to deadlines whilst managing competing demands. You are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet cultural and stakeholder needs. </p><p>You will have a keen eye for the finer details, and a desire to learn through hands on experience in the role.
