Seeking a passionate and motivated Talent Advisor to join our friendly Talent Acquisition Team!

<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><p dir="ltr">The Talent Acquisition team at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) are looking for a Talent Advisor to bring their recruitment experience to our busy, friendly team. This will be a permanent position. We work 50% remote and 50% from our North Parramatta office (and out in any of our 80 schools!)</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>From your first few weeks with us, you’ll:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Connect with schools and corporate teams to understand their recruitment needs, supporting both end to end and localised recruitment processes, from taking job briefs to onboarding</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Collaborate with other Talent Advisors to develop and implement sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing and campaigns for schools and teams that are facing recruitment challenges</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Work closely with Talent Associates to efficiently manage transactional recruitment tasks, ensuring a seamless and responsive candidate and hiring manager experience</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What you'll bring to the role:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Recruitment experience in a similar organisation (government, education, healthcare, etc.) is highly desirable however, you'll be a strong candidate if you bring:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A consultative, customer service focus - managing multiple stakeholders and candidates through different processes at the same time</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A collaborative approach - our Talent function is a team sport!
